凤凰树是厦门的市树,全园教师对园内一棵凤凰树所隐含的课程资源进行深入挖掘,继而引发中班儿童对凤凰树的好奇,观察、探究、发现凤凰树的外形特点,了解其生长过程及四季轮回的变化规律。这一系列的课例研究和园本教研,进一步提高了教师挖掘园本课程资源的能力,同时激发了幼儿对大自然的好奇心和探究欲望,激发了幼儿热爱自然的情感,提高了幼儿主动探究的能力。
