文章针对当前航空业装配工艺规划的现状,开展了基于DELMIA的机翼装配工艺规划研究。通过分析机翼的工艺特点,应用工艺分离面划分、装配单元划分、装配基准、装配定位等方法。以某民机机翼为例,运用DELMIA虚拟制造软件中的DPE模块对模型进行组件划分,实现了对产品(Product)、工艺(Process)和资源(Resource)即PPR的统一管理,完成了装配工艺规划的制定,并实现了将工艺规划导入到DPM软件中,可以进行仿真验证。
In view of the current status of the aviation industry assembly process planning, the paper carried out the research on the assembly process planning of the wing assembly based on DELMIA. By analyzing the technical characteristics of the wing, the separation of the application process, assembly unit, assembly baseline, assembly positioning and other methods.
