随着就业问题的凸现,毕业生的心理健康日益受到关注。长期以来,心理学家所关注的要么是非正常毕业生的心理和行为,要么是正常毕业生的非正常的心理和行为,他们更多地致力于对毕业生消极心理品质和不良情绪的研究和克服,而忽视了对毕业生积极的主观幸福感体验的开发与调动。本文对高职院校毕业生主观幸福感进行探索性研究,着重分析其特点,希望把毕业生的负面境况调整为正面引导,对毕业生的心理问题产生积极预防的效果。
With the outstanding employment problems, graduates’ mental health has drawn more and more attention. For a long time, psychologists are concerned either with the psychology and behaviors of non-normal graduates or with abnormal psychology and behaviors of regular graduates. They are more devoted to the research on the negative psychological quality and negative emotions of graduates Overcome, and neglected the development and mobilization of positive subjective well-being experience of graduates. This article makes an exploratory research on the subjective well-being of higher vocational college graduates, analyzes its characteristics emphatically, and hopes to adjust the negative situation of graduates to be a positive guide, which has a positive effect on preventing the psychological problems of graduates.
