采用自配的合金粉末,对45钢进行激光熔覆处理。利用OM、XRD和显微硬度计对熔覆层的组织结构及硬度进行了研究。结果表明,B最佳含量为1.5%;熔覆层基体相为α-Fe,基体相上分布有析出的Fe5C2、Fe2B和FeSi等相,还有一定量的非晶组织,熔覆层平均硬度高达730HV0.2。
Using self-alloyed powder, 45 steel laser cladding. The microstructure and hardness of the cladding layer were investigated by OM, XRD and microhardness tester. The results show that the optimum content of B is 1.5%, the matrix phase of the cladding layer is α-Fe, the precipitated Fe5C2, Fe2B and FeSi phases are distributed on the matrix phase, and a certain amount of amorphous structure is also present. The average hardness of the cladding layer is as high as 730HV0.2.
