目的:应用彩色多普勒成像(colorDopplerimaging,CDI)技术作正常人眼部血流动力学研究。方法:用CDI测量90例(180只眼)正常人眼动脉(ophthalmicartery,OA),视网膜中央动脉(centralretinalartery,CRA),睫状后动脉(posteri-orciliaryartery,PCA)的血流参数,分析其与影响因素间关系。结果:OA,CRA,PCA的收缩期、舒张期血流速度分别为(单位cm/s):31.7±10.9,7.2±2.6;10.2±3.4,2.8±1.2;11.3±3.6,3.2±1.4。OA血流参数与年龄呈负相关,与红细胞计数,红血球压积呈正相关,与性别、眼别、正常范围眼压无关。正常眼部动脉血管的正常频谱形态为近似三角形,三峰双切迹,呈高阻波形,搏动指数和阻力指数均较高,各频带宽度基本相同,无明显频窗。结论:CDI的眼部应用可为了解眼及其供应血管的血流动力学情况奠定基础。
Objective: To apply color Doppler imaging (CDI) technique to ocular hemodynamics in normal subjects. Methods: The blood flow parameters of ophthalmicartery (OA), central retinalartery (CRA) and posteri-orciliaryartery (PCA) in 90 eyes (180 eyes) were measured by CDI. The relationship between influencing factors. Results: The systolic and diastolic blood flow rates of OA, CRA and PCA were (unit: cm / s): 31.7 ± 10.9, 7.2 ± 2.6, 10.2 ± 3.4, .8 ± 1.2; 11.3 ± 3.6, 3.2 ± 1.4. OA blood flow parameters were negatively correlated with age, and erythrocyte count, hematocrit was positively correlated, and sex, eyes do not, the normal range of intraocular pressure has nothing to do. Normal ocular arterial blood vessels of the normal spectral shape of the approximate triangle, three peaks double notch, high resistance waveform, pulsation index and resistance index are higher, the bandwidth is basically the same, no significant frequency window. Conclusion: The ocular application of CDI lays the foundation for understanding the hemodynamics of the eye and its supply of blood vessels.
