有限元分析理论的提出为复杂机械性能问题的研究提供了有效方法。文章以井下刮板输送机链轮为研究对象,利用有限元分析方法对机械模态进行研究。通过对前10阶模态的计算,得出了固有频率的影响值范围,并以链轮轮齿厚度和宽度为例分析了机械设计中要回避的制造参数。此研究为煤矿机械设备的优化和改进提供了有效途径。
Finite element analysis of the proposed theory for complex mechanical properties of the study provides an effective method. In this paper, the downhole scraper conveyor sprocket is taken as the research object, the mechanical modal is researched by finite element analysis method. Through the calculation of the first ten modes, the influence range of the natural frequency is obtained, and the manufacturing parameters to be avoided in the mechanical design are analyzed by taking the tooth thickness and width of the sprocket as an example. This study provides an effective way to optimize and improve coal mine machinery and equipment.
