根据(90)中灌技字第5号文,为了普及推广灌排新技术,增强农业后劲,促进农业生产发展,并使广大用户能购买到质量良好、价格合理、负责三包的灌排设备,促进生产厂家不断提高产品质量,扩展销售市场,根据有关部门的评定及用户的反映,我公司决定从1990年第三季度开始,向与我公司建立协作关系厂家的优质产品颁发推荐使用证书。几获得推荐使用证书的产品,我公司的设备销售网点及使用节水灌溉贴息贷款的单位将予以优先选用。
