我单位有一台六十年代初进口的SP500,因电子元件衰老且无备件,加之年久失修,已经报废。后经检查,发现该机光学系统及光电管尚可,于是决定将其修复、改造利用。SP500主机电源、钨灯电源取自同一稳压电源(“兰伯格”115D),其整流部件为硒整流堆。由于长期满负荷使用,内阻显著增大,造成整个稳压器输出特性变坏,以致钨灯点燃后,2伏、6伏输出电压分别只有1.7伏和5伏左右。主机不能正常工作。为此,我们用四个国产硅整流二极管2CZ 10更换了115D中的硒整流堆,结果大大改善了输出特性,满足了主机的要求。
My unit has a SP500 imported in the early 1960s, because of aging electronic components and spare parts, combined with disrepair, have been scrapped. After inspection, found that the aircraft optical system and photocell is acceptable, so decided to repair, transform and use. The SP500 mainframe and Tungsten lamps come from the same regulated power supply (“Lambert” 115D) and the rectification unit is a selenium rectifier. Due to long-term full-load use, the internal resistance significantly increased, resulting in deterioration of the output characteristics of the regulator, so that the tungsten lamp lit, 2 volt, 6 volt output voltage of only 1.7 volts and 5 volts. The host can not work normally. To this end, we use four domestic rectifier diode 2CZ 10 replaced 115D selenium rectifier pile, the result has greatly improved the output characteristics to meet the requirements of the host.
