本文根据抽油井生产时油套环形空间流体分布规律,给出了抽油井井底流压和关井后井底静压的计算公式。在PVT矿场资料基础上,着重解决了抽油井井筒内含气油比重和油水混合液比重的计算方法,並对压力计算公式中各参数的确定方法逐一加以讨论,从而给出了抽油井不起泵通过井口测动液面或恢复液面计算流动压力和静压的方法。通过5个区11个层块的35口抽油井试验,不仅获得了满意的液面法压力恢复曲线,而且计算的流动压力和地层压力与压力计实测结果基本相符。
In this paper, according to the fluid distribution law of the annular space in the oil well during the production of pumping wells, the formulas for calculating the bottom hole flow pressure and the bottomhole static pressure after the shut-in are given. Based on the data of PVT mine, the calculation method of the specific gravity of oil gas in oil well and the specific gravity of oil / water mixture are emphatically solved, and the determination methods of each parameter in pressure calculation formula are discussed one by one, From the pump through the wellhead to measure the level or recovery of liquid surface flow pressure and static pressure method. Through the experiment of 35 pumping wells in eleven blocks of five districts, not only satisfactory pressure curve of liquid level method was obtained, but also the calculated flow pressure and formation pressure basically corresponded with the measured results of pressure gauge.
