对用喷射成形工艺制备的7055铝合金采用不同焊丝进行MIG焊焊接试验,对焊接接头组织和力学性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:ER4043焊丝焊接接头硬度为200 HV,接头抗拉强度为145 MPa,伸长率为2.23%;焊接接头主要以等轴晶为主,焊缝区为等轴晶和树枝状晶,熔合区和热影响区主要为等轴晶组织,断口为解理断裂。ER5356焊丝焊接接头硬度为90 HV,接头抗拉强度为190 MPa,伸长率为2.92%;焊接接头主要以柱状晶为主,焊缝区、熔合区主要为柱状晶组织,热影响区为粗大的等轴晶,断口为疲劳断裂形式。
The 7055 aluminum alloy prepared by spray forming process was tested by MIG welding with different welding wires. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were studied. The test results show that the hardness of ER4043 welding wire joint is 200 HV, the joint tensile strength is 145 MPa and the elongation rate is 2.23%. The welding joint is mainly equiaxed and the weld zone is equiaxed and dendritic. The zone of fusion and heat affected zone are mainly equiaxed and the fracture is cleavage fracture. ER5356 wire welding joint hardness of 90 HV, joint tensile strength of 190 MPa, elongation of 2.92%; welded joints mainly cylindrical crystals, weld zone, the fusion zone is mainly columnar crystalline structure, heat affected zone is coarse Equiaxed grains, fracture fatigue fracture form.
