以半导体激光泵浦-固体激光器为激发光源,采用共聚焦光学结构,研制了一种小型化激光诱导荧光检测器。整机采用模块化设计,配置了两种发射波长的激发光源(532nm、473nm),可以柱上检测或配流通池,能应用于几乎所有的液流分析系统。实验结果表明该检测器的最小检出浓度分别2?10-11mol/L,最小检出量?10-19mol,响应线性2个数量级,可满足日常生化痕量分析的要求。
A semiconductor laser-pumped solid-state laser is used as excitation light source, and a confocal optical structure is adopted to develop a miniaturized laser-induced fluorescence detector. The whole machine adopts modularized design and is equipped with two excitation light sources (532nm, 473nm) with emission wavelength, which can be detected on the column or equipped with flow cell and can be applied to almost all flow analysis systems. The experimental results show that the minimum detectable concentration of this detector is 2 ~ 10-11mol / L, the minimum detectable amount is 10 ~ 19mol, the response linearity is two orders of magnitude, which can meet the requirements of routine biochemical trace analysis.
