用标准化相同二阶中心矩椭圆的长短轴比作为等离子射流形态的特征值,以反映射流温度、速度等相关工艺参数的变化,建立了等离子熔射成形过程在线可视化数据模型.实验中使用计算机视觉及图像处理技术研究了液相/粉末等离子熔射射流特征值与熔射能量相关工艺参数之间的关系.结果表明:随着熔射功率的增大,射流的特征值也增大,而液相熔射的特征值小于粉末熔射的特征值;随着Ar工作气体流量的增大,射流特征值并非增大而是减小.
