利用国产直径10 mm,厚度200μm,掺杂原子数分数为10%的Yb∶YAG薄片建立了16通抽运耦合系统。通过设计的微通道冷却器冷却薄片,获得了较好的冷却效果。在此基础上设计了Z型腔结构,采用LBO内腔倍频,使用声光调Q,重复频率为5 kHz,在抽运功率为81.5 W时获得了平均功率10.2 W的515 nm基模绿光输出,光束质量M2x=1.3,M2y=1.6,脉冲宽度为150 ns,光光转换(938~515 nm)效率为12.5%。
A 16-way pumping coupling system was established by using Yb:YAG thin films with a diameter of 10 mm, a thickness of 200 μm and a doping content of 10%.
