目的:通过乳复康对乳腺增生模型大鼠雌激素受体(ER)及下丘脑促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)mRNA表达水平的调节作用研究,探讨乳复康治疗乳腺增生病的作用机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和RFK组,检测各组动物GnRH及ERmRNA表达水平。结果:模型组GnRH及ERmRNA表达高于空白对照组(P<0.01);乳复康组与模型组比较,GnRH及ERmRNA表达水平均明显下调(P<0.05);乳复康组与空白组比较,ERmRNA表达水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:乳复康有效降低模型动物的GnRH及ERmRNA表达,从而对乳腺增生病发挥治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Rufukang on estrogen receptor (ER) and hypothalamic gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) mRNA expression in mammary gland hyperplasia model rats and to explore the mechanism of Rufukang in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and RFK group. The expression levels of GnRH and ER mRNA in each group were detected. Results: The expression of GnRH and ERmRNA in the model group was higher than that in the blank control group (P <0.01). The expression levels of GnRH and ER mRNA in the model group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in ER mRNA expression (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Rufukang can effectively reduce the expression of GnRH and ERmRNA in model animals and thus play a therapeutic role in hyperplasia of mammary glands.
