目的:研究99mTc-氮-二{(N-乙基-N-乙氧基二硫代氨基甲酸盐[N(NOEt)2]}和99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI)在人鼻咽癌CNE细胞中的摄取动力学。方法:用放射性核素示踪技术研究人鼻咽癌CNE细胞在37℃和22℃时对99mTcN(NOEt)2和99mTc-MIBI的摄取动力学规律。结果:37℃和22℃时CNE细胞对99mTcN(NOEt)2的摄取差异无统计学意义,99mTc-MIBI摄取则呈温度依赖性。37℃时CNE细胞对99mTcN(NOEt)2摄取峰值为43.15%,99mTc-MIBI为11.08%(P<0.01);5min时CNE细胞摄取99mTcN(NOEt)2为峰值的63%,99mTc-MIBI为48%(P<0.05);60min时99mTcN(NOEt)2在CNE细胞中的滞留率为63.92%,99mTc-MIBI为53.97%(P<0.05)。结论:99mTcN(NOEt)2可能较99mTc-MIBI更适用于鼻咽癌显像,具有潜在的临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of 99mTc-N (N-ethyl-N-ethoxy dithiocarbamate [N (NOEt) 2] and 99mTc-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) Uptake kinetics of CNE cells in pharynx cancer.Methods: The uptake kinetics of 99mTcN (NOEt) 2 and 99mTc-MIBI in CNE cells of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma at 37 ℃ and 22 ℃ were studied by radionuclide tracer.Results The uptake of 99mTcN (NOEt) 2 by CNE cells was not significantly different at 37 ℃ and 22 ℃, while the uptake of 99mTc-MIBI was at a temperature dependent manner.The uptake of 99mTcN (NOEt) 2 by CNE cells at 37 ℃ was 43.15% 99mTc-MIBI was 99.9% (P <0.01); 99mTcN (NOEt) 2 was 63% of 99mTcN (NOEt) 2 and 48% of 99mTc-MIBI at 5min , 99mTc-MIBI was 53.97% (P0.05) .Conclusion: 99mTcN (NOEt) 2 may be more suitable for the imaging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma than 99mTc-MIBI, and has potential clinical value.
