目的探讨阿罗洛尔治疗老年舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)的临床疗效及其对患者心功能的影响。方法选取迁安市人民医院2010年12月—2014年12月收治的老年DHF患者115例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和试验组(n=55)。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予阿罗洛尔治疗。随访6个月,比较两组患者治疗前后等容舒张时间(IVRT)、左房室瓣环舒张早期与心房收缩期峰值速度比率(E/A值)、B型利钠肽(BNP)水平、6 min步行距离(6MWD)及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者IVRT、E/A值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者IVRT低于对照组,E/A值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者BNP、6MWD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者BNP水平低于对照组,6MWD长于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿罗洛尔治疗DHF的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的心功能,提高其活动耐量。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arotinolol in the treatment of elderly patients with diastolic heart failure (DHF) and its effect on cardiac function. Methods One hundred and fifteen elderly DHF patients admitted from December 2010 to December 2014 in Qian’an People’s Hospital were divided into control group (n = 60) and experimental group (n = 55) according to random number table. The control group of patients given conventional drug treatment, the experimental group in the control group given arotinolol treatment. The 6-month follow-up was compared between the two groups before and after treatment of isovolumic relaxation time (IVRT), left atrial annular early systolic and atrial peak systolic velocity ratio (E / A), B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) 6 min walking distance (6MWD) and clinical efficacy. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in IVRT and E / A between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the IVRT of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the E / A value was higher than that of the control group ). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in BNP and 6MWD between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, BNP level in the test group was lower than that in the control group, and 6MWD was longer than the control group (P <0.05). The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of arotinolol in the treatment of DHF is definite, which can effectively improve the cardiac function and increase the activity of DHF.
