浙江省余姚县克服了吊装设备不足的困难,修建了一座三孔跨径12.5米全长46.6米的钢筋混凝土装配式 T 梁桥,兹就其安装情况简介如下:桥面净宽为7米加人行道每边各1.5米,上部结构12.5米钢筋混凝土装配式 T 梁每孔7块,边梁每块重14.6吨,中梁每块重12.6吨。全部 T 梁在桥头预制后,拖拉上桥安装。1.施工布置。第一孔墩台砌筑时,就在桥头预制T 梁,在第二、三两孔墩台砌筑完成时,第一孔5根 T 梁就可拖拉上桥就位。这样,砌筑墩台、预制 T梁、安装等工序交错进行,既缩短了施工时间,又可充分利用场地,场地布置如图1。
