目的分析上海市某综合性医院急诊科抢救室患者流量的特征和规律,为加强急诊科护理管理和提高抢救护理质量提供依据。方法收集上海市某综合性三级甲等医院抢救室2013年9月至2014年8月收治患者的信息,回顾描述性分析抢救室患者日、周、月、季节流量变化规律。结果急诊科抢救室患者日、月流量具有变化趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。24 h流入和流出患者流量的高峰时间段分别为2001~2200和1401~1600。24 h流入和流出患者流量低谷时间段均为401~600。月流量以1月、10月和12月流入和流出患者最多,2月流入和流出患者最少。结论急诊科抢救室患者流量具有时间规律性,应根据抢救室患者流量的时间规律特征,合理调配医疗资源,优化相关流程,以满足抢救室患者的医疗需求。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and regularity of patient flow in the emergency department emergency room of a general hospital in Shanghai and provide the basis for strengthening the emergency department nursing management and improving the quality of emergency care. Methods The information of patients admitted from September 2013 to August 2014 in a comprehensive Grade A hospital emergency room in Shanghai was collected and the descriptive analysis of daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal flow changes in emergency rooms was reviewed. Results Emergency department emergency room patients with monthly, monthly flow trends, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The peak time of inflow and outflow of patients at 24 h were 2001 ~ 2200 and 1401 ~ 1600.24 h, respectively. The time period of inflow and outflow of patients was 401 ~ 600. Monthly flow in January, October and December inflow and outflow of patients the most, inflow and outflow in February the least. Conclusion Emergency department emergency room patients with a regular flow of time should be based on the flow of patients with emergency room time regular characteristics of the rational allocation of medical resources and optimize the relevant processes to meet the emergency room medical needs of patients.
