组合网架是由混凝土楼板、钢网架和抗剪连接件组成的空间结构。抗剪连接件是组合网架上下两部分共同工作的基础,而在现有规范中,并没有对其设计做出明确规定。本文在探讨了现浇楼板和钢网架接触面上的剪力分布规律并据其提出抗剪连接设计准则的基础上,利用有限元法和等代空间桁架分析法分别推导出了接触面剪力计算公式,并通过数值解和实测值的比较,证明了这两种剪力计算公式的有效性,从而进一步推导出了组合网架抗剪连接件的设计公式。本文将为今后类似工程的抗剪连接设计提供参考。
Combination grid is a space structure composed of concrete floor, steel grid and shear connection. Shear connectors are the basis for the combined work of two parts above and below the grid, and in the existing norms, did not make its design clearly defined. In this paper, the law of shear distribution on the contact surface of cast-in-situ floor slab and steel truss was discussed and the design criterion of shear connection was put forward. Based on the finite element method and the equivalent truss analysis method, Force calculation formula and compare the numerical solution with the measured value to prove the validity of these two kinds of shear force calculation formulas and further deduce the design formula of the shear connectors of the composite grid. This article will provide a reference for the design of shear-resistant connections for similar projects in the future.
