在文献[1]的基础上,采用模糊数学方法进一步研究了中频热推弯管工艺参数—加热温度和推制速度对弯管质量的影响。给出了检验弯管质量的模糊分析方法和设计上述两个工艺参数的三维模糊曲面、二维模糊曲线及其数学模型。从而使弯管质量检验评定结果更符合实际;使工艺参数优化设计过程更直观、更简便。
Based on the literature [1], fuzzy mathematics is used to further study the influence of process parameters of intermediate frequency hot-push elbow - heating temperature and pushing speed on elbow quality. The fuzzy analysis method to test the elbow quality and the three-dimensional fuzzy surface, two-dimensional fuzzy curve and the mathematical model to design the above two process parameters are given. So that the elbow pipe quality inspection results more realistic; process parameters to optimize the design process more intuitive and easier.
