评价的目的是给学生以反馈,让学生能够清楚地知道自身的优点缺点,对缺点加以改正,同时将优点发扬光大。同时其他同学也能够通过旁观和思考,从他人身上吸取经验教训,反省自身。而传统的评价过程缺少学生的参与,指导教师往往掌握着评价的主动权,他们的偏好决定了评价的理念、标准、方法及内容等各个方面。学生基本没有发表意见的机会。因而应对其加以改革,以体现学生的主人翁地位。
The purpose of the evaluation is to give feedback to students so that students can clearly understand their strengths and weaknesses, correct their shortcomings and at the same time promote their strengths. At the same time, other students can also learn from others and reflect on themselves through observing and thinking. However, the traditional evaluation process lacks the participation of students, and the instructors often hold the initiative of evaluation. Their preferences determine the concept, standards, methods and contents of evaluation. Students basically have no chance to express their opinion. Therefore, it should be reformed to reflect the student’s own status.
