He-Ne激光器采用内置法布里-珀罗(F-P)标准具的方法可以获得与633nm紧邻的629nm谱线,这是用传统的镀膜方法无法实现的。分析了由于激光腔内的温度变化引起的629nm谱线透射窗口的移动。为了得到稳定的629nm波长输出,估算了F-P标准具的角度调节范围下限。提出了一种大角度范围的压电角度调节机构,应用于F-P标准具的角度调节。同时采用反馈控制算法实现了629nm波长的稳定输出,稳定输出功率约80μW。
He-Ne lasers use the built-in Fabry-Perot (F-P) etalon method to obtain a 629 nm line immediately adjacent to 633 nm, which is not possible with conventional coating methods. The movement of the 629 nm spectral transmission window due to temperature changes in the laser cavity was analyzed. In order to obtain a stable 629nm wavelength output, the lower limit of the angular adjustment range of the F-P etalon was estimated. A piezoelectric angle adjustment mechanism with a wide angle range is proposed, which is applied to the angle adjustment of an F-P etalon. At the same time using the feedback control algorithm to achieve a stable output of 629nm wavelength, stable output power of about 80μW.
