目的:研究卡介苗初次免疫和再次免疫Balb/c小鼠后,抗PPD IgG、IgM抗体的检测,并探索其动态变化规律。方法:健康雌性Balb/c小鼠,随机分成腹部皮内注射BCG组和生理盐水对照组,先后进行2次免疫。应用间接ELISA法,检测血清中特异性抗PPD IgG、IgM抗体。结果:自初次免疫第50天开始,抗PPD IgG抗体的总体OD值均数,BCG免疫组与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义。第60天再次免疫,第65天开始,抗PPD IgG抗体的总体OD值均数,其差异具有统计学意义,而抗PPD IgM抗体的总体OD值均数与对照组相比,差异没有统计学意义。结论:BCG初次免疫Balb/c小鼠后,抗PPD IgG抗体整体呈上升趋势,再次免疫后,可在短时间内快速上升,并在长时间内维持一个较高水平。抗PPD IgM抗体没有显示动态变化。
OBJECTIVE: To study the detection of anti-PPD IgG and IgM antibodies after initial immunization of BCG and re-immunization of Balb / c mice, and to explore their dynamic changes. Methods: Healthy female Balb / c mice were randomly divided into abdominal intradermal injection of BCG group and saline control group. The mice were immunized twice. Indirect ELISA was used to detect serum anti-PPD IgG and IgM antibodies. Results: From the 50th day after the initial immunization, the average OD value of the anti-PPD IgG antibody was equal. The difference between the BCG immunized group and the control group was statistically significant. Immunization on the 60th day, the beginning of the 65th day, the average OD value of anti-PPD IgG antibody mean, the difference was statistically significant, while the average OD value of anti-PPD IgM antibody compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significance. CONCLUSION: The anti-PPD IgG antibody in BCB immunized Balb / c mice initially shows an overall upward trend. After immunization again, the anti-PPD IgG antibody can rapidly rise in a short time and maintain a high level for a long time. Anti-PPD IgM antibody did not show any change.
