芝麻素的測定和中國十六種芝麻的芝麻素含量芝麻油中含有一種芝麻素,能增强除蟲菊素的殺蟲作用。據過去文獻記載,芝麻油內含芝麻素自0.25%至1.75%。我國芝麻產量佔世界第一位(約佔世界產量的59.1%)。作者等以2體積78—79%硫酸與1體積26—27%過氧化氫溶液所配成的試劑,與芝麻素產生由綠豆黄的顏色反應。利用此褐色反應可行比色定量分析。作者用此法測定國產十六種芝麻油所含芝麻素量;最低爲0.92%(北京產‘覇王鞭’),最高爲1.08%(‘柳條青’種)。
Determination of Sesamin and Sesamin Content in 16 Chinese Sesame Sesame oil contains a sesamin that enhances the insecticidal action of pyrethrin. According to historical records, sesame oil contains between 0.25% and 1.75% of sesamin. China’s sesame output accounts for the first place in the world (approximately 59.1% of world production). The reagents formulated by 2 volumes of 78-79% sulfuric acid and 1 volume of 26-27% hydrogen peroxide solution react with the color of mung bean yellow with sesamin. Use this brown reaction to perform colorimetric quantitative analysis. The authors used this method to measure the amount of sesamin contained in 16 types of domestically produced sesame oil; the lowest was 0.92% (Beijing’s tyrant whip) and the highest was 1.08% (’Wild vine’).
