目的研究鸡骨草的不同提取方法对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的改善作用。方法长期饲喂高脂饲料建立大鼠NAFLD模型,给予鸡骨草水提取物及醇提取物,测定大鼠肝组织甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)和血清炎症细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1(IL-1)水平。结果鸡骨草水提物及鸡骨草50%醇提物高剂量组显著降低TG、TC及FFA水平(P<0.01),鸡骨草50%醇提物低剂量组降低TC及FFA水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);鸡骨草水提物及50%醇提物高剂量组显著降低IL-1、TNF-α水平(P<0.01),鸡骨草水提物低剂量组降低IL-1、TNF-α水平(P<0.05)。结论鸡骨草水提物改善脂质代谢紊乱及调控炎症细胞因子作用较鸡骨草50%醇提物显著,而以鸡骨草水提物高剂量组改善效果最好,本研究为阐明含鸡骨草制剂防治肝损伤相关疾病的药效物质基础提供理论与实验依据。
Objective To study the effects of different extraction methods of Abrus mollis on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods The rat model of NAFLD was established by long-term feeding of high-fat diet. The aqueous extract of Aconitum kusnezoffii and alcoholic extract were obtained. The triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), free fatty acid (FFA) Cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) were detected. Results The contents of TG, TC and FFA were significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the low dose of Abrus cantoniensis 50% ethanol extract reduced the levels of TC and FFA (P <0.01) P <0.05 or P <0.01). The CGRP and 50% ethanol extract significantly reduced the levels of IL-1 and TNF-α (P <0.01) IL-1, TNF-α levels (P <0.05). Conclusion Aqueous extract of Abrus cilantro improves lipid metabolism and regulation of inflammatory cytokines than the Aconitum 50% alcohol extract significant, but the Crabgrass water extract high dose group to improve the best, this study to clarify the content of Abruptal preparations for prevention and treatment of liver injury-related diseases, the material basis to provide theoretical and experimental evidence.
