在文献[1]中介绍了船舶管路系统布置中弯管曲形参数的计算方法,解决了一般管子曲形参数的计算问题.特别是根据这个数学方法,利用电子计算机编制了一套“标准管曲形参数表”,从而使管系布置和曲形参数计算速度显著提高.至今,这套“标准管曲形参数表”依然在船舶管路布置中广泛应用,但这些标准管仅属于特殊类型的,如定伸弯、直角别弯和斜角别弯等,故有一定的局限性.为了今后直接利用微型计算机计算所需各类标准管的曲形参数,本文进一步推广了文献[1]中的数学方法,建立了一般标准管曲形参数的数学模型,这样就把管系布置中常用的一类标准管曲形参数的计算统一在一个模式中.
In [1], the calculation method of curved pipe bending parameters in ship piping system is introduced, which solves the calculation problem of general curved pipe parameters, especially according to this mathematical method, a set of “standard Pipe Curved Parameter Table ”so that the piping arrangement and the calculation speed of the curved parameters are significantly increased. Up to now, the“ Standard Pipe Curved Parameter Table ”is still widely used in ship piping layouts, but these standard pipes belong to special Type, such as fixed bending, right-angle bending and bevel bending, so there are some limitations.In order to directly use the computer to calculate the required standard curve of all kinds of curved pipe parameters, this paper further promote the literature [1 ], A mathematical model of the general standard pipe curve parameters is established. In this way, the calculation of a common type of standard pipe curve parameters used in pipe system layout is unified in one mode.
