为了实现微波法测量煤炭水分,从理论上推导了微波经过物料后的相移与煤炭介电常数和质量厚度等参数的关系,建立了微波相移法测量煤炭水分的数学模型,通过测量煤炭的相移和质量厚度来计算煤炭水分。根据模型搭建实验平台进行了一系列的实验,得到微波相移法测量煤炭水分的标定曲线。对比微波法测量出的水分与烘干法测量的水分,两者差值的标准偏差小于1%,研究结果表明,该方法可以实际应用于煤炭水分检测。
In order to measure the coal moisture by microwave method, the relationship between the microwave phase shift and the parameters such as the dielectric constant and mass thickness of the coal was theoretically deduced. A mathematical model of coal phase shift by microwave phase shift method was established. Phase shift and mass thickness to calculate coal moisture. A series of experiments were carried out according to the model building experimental platform, and the calibration curve of coal moisture was obtained by microwave phase shift method. The standard deviation of the difference between the moisture measured by the microwave method and the moisture measured by the drying method is less than 1%. The results show that the method can be practically applied to the detection of coal moisture.
