随着社会的快速发展,无形中带动了众多产业的发展,尤其是关系到人们的切实生活的路桥、建筑等项目工程,也就带动了各个施工企业的快速发展,各施工企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈,其中各施工企业对自身的经济管理工作应该严格把关,狠抓企业的经济管理,一个企业只有经济管理工作到位了,才有可能获得更大的经济效益,也才有可能在与同行的激烈竞争中立于不败之地。本文结合作者多年来从事路桥施工的经济管理工作经验,首先阐述了路桥施工企业经济管理的主要组成部分,然后总结归纳了目前施工企业经济管理的现状,最后针对存在的问题,有针对性的给出了一些合理有效的应对措施,为以后解决类似工程提供有力参考依据。
