日本大肠肛门病学会第42次年会于1987年11月14～15日在千业市举行。会议交流论文248篇,其中有关大肠癌研究的论文143篇,占58％。现将有关内容介绍如下: 一、直肠癌的全盆腔清除 会议中报告了256例全盆腔清除术的研究。由于术前C.T、MRI(核磁共振),直肠腔内B超检查技术的应用,现在已有可能在术前对直肠病灶是否已浸润邻近器官作较准确的了解,从而可事先发现那些以通常经腹会阴切除 The 42nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Large Intestine and Anal Disease was held in Chiayi City from November 14th to 15th, 1987.
