高职生核心能力是高职教育本质特征之一,关系到高职教育培养目标的确定。教育的培养目标是由社会的政治经济文化决定的,因此,社会政治经济文化的变化要求学生的能力内涵进行适用性调整。当前高职生核心能力研究的立论依据仍然停留在1998年提出的定义规定范围,具有明显的时代局限性。在反思以往研究的基础上,提出“隐性知识的获得能力”为高职生核心能力,并分析了该论点的立论基础和时代意义。
The core competence of higher vocational students is one of the essential characteristics of higher vocational education, which is related to the determination of higher vocational education. The training goal of education is determined by the political, economic and cultural aspects of society. Therefore, the changes in socio-political, economic and cultural fields require applicability adjustment of the students’ abilities. The current theoretical basis for the study of the core competencies of higher vocational students still stays within the scope of the definition proposed in 1998 with obvious limitations of the times. On the basis of reviewing previous studies, this paper proposes that “the ability to acquire tacit knowledge” be the core competency of higher vocational students, and the foundation of the argument and the significance of the times are analyzed.
