黄曲霉毒素(aflatoxin,AF)是一种具有强烈毒性和强致癌性的生物毒素,对其进行快速而准确的分析是减小和避免黄曲霉毒素危害的最有效手段之一。电化学生物传感器因其快速、灵敏、特异性强、易于微型化等优势在黄曲霉毒素分析受到国内外研究者的广泛关注。目前,应用于黄曲霉毒素分析的电化学生物传感器主要有免疫传感器、酶传感器和DNA传感器。本文综述了不同传感器的研究现状,特别介绍了新材料新技术在黄曲霉毒素免疫分析中发挥的重要作用,并对黄曲霉毒素的电化学生物传感分析存在的问题和发展前景进行了探讨及展望。
Aflatoxin (AF) is a kind of biotoxin with strong toxicity and strong carcinogenicity. It is one of the most effective ways to reduce and avoid aflatoxins by analyzing it quickly and accurately. Due to its advantages of fast, sensitive, specific and easy to miniaturize, electrochemical biosensors have attracted the attention of researchers both at home and abroad. Currently, the electrochemical biosensors for aflatoxin analysis mainly include immunosensors, enzyme sensors and DNA sensors. In this paper, the current status of different sensors is reviewed. In particular, the important role of new materials and new technologies in aflatoxin immunoassay is introduced. The problems and prospects of the electrochemical biosensing of aflatoxins are also discussed Outlook.
