本文提出了微波功率密度校准的一种新方法:采用经过改进的开口波导小室作为关键部件,并作了理论分析,设计和制作了一个微波功率密度校准仪。该仪器是校准KW—1型微波泄漏检测器的专用设备。其校准方法的理论分析和基本思想适用于其它微波频段,给出的测试结果,说明该设计是成功的。
In this paper, a new method of microwave power density calibration is proposed. The improved open-waveguide cell is used as a key component and a theoretical analysis is made. A microwave power density calibrator is designed and fabricated. The instrument is calibrated KW-1 microwave leak detector dedicated equipment. The theoretical analysis of the calibration method and the basic idea apply to other microwave frequency bands, given the test results, indicating that the design is successful.
