我所1997年4月～1998年9月,采用局部注射无环尿苷后电离子机高温气化治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)180例,疗效满意,报告如下。一、资料和方法1.一般资料本组共180例,男152例,女28例,年龄18～51岁,病程2周至14个月。男性尖锐湿疣多位于冠状沟系带、包皮、阴茎头及会阴部,女性尖锐湿疣分布于阴道外口、尿道外口、会阴及阴道内。皮损最少1个,最多20个,直径一般0.2～1cm,最大2.5cm,形态以菜花状、乳头状为主。全部病例经切片、光镜检查,帕氏染色见到大量空泡细胞
