高大模板支架的坍塌事故往往发生在施工过程中。通过对15 m高模板支架的现场调查和实测,统计获得了模板支架搭设参数。研究发现:模板支架在搭设过程中随机性较大,因此应对该结构的搭设实施全过程管理,确保实际搭设参数与专项施工方案的一致性;测得立杆的应力值均小于预分析时立杆的应力,凸显出JGJ 130—2011《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》所提出的荷载组合过于保守;同一立杆底部的应力大于顶部的应力,说明水平杆及竖向剪刀撑是有一定调节作用的;立杆的应力与架体的搭设高度有关,支架高度越高,底部和顶部的应力差异越大。所得结果可为模板支架的设计提供数据支持。
