随着局有限公司在铁路市场的进一步拓展,三航铁路项目已向规模化、常态化转变。能否通过企业文化这一软实力的加强,协助公司打造数支“召之即来、来之能战、战之则胜”的铁路建设队伍,是公司占有和扩大铁路市场份额的关键因素。现在,我们有必要对铁路文化进行重新认识、再次总结并促使铁路文化与三航文化进一步融合,使三航铁路项目文化更能适应铁路建设的需要。
