通过求解板条波导内电磁场本征模式,分析了金属板条表面镀介质膜对腔内光场传输特性的影响。分析表明板条内存在着TE_(0m)和TM_(0o)两种不同的本征模式,而膜层材料(或电极金属)的介电常数对决定波导内本征模式及其损耗起重要作用,计算了几种常见电极波导材料的损耗系数,结果表明金属波导中TM波的损耗系数约为TE波的30倍以上,而镀有氧化物介质膜中TM波和TE波的损耗系数保持在一个数量级内,其中,镀有氧化铝膜的波导传输损耗最小。
By solving the eigenmode of the electromagnetic field in the slab waveguide, the influence of the dielectric film coated on the metal slab on the transmission characteristics of the light field in the cavity is analyzed.
