图书馆作为人们精神文化的包括,能够增长人的见识与能力,赋予人永不磨灭的精神力量。图书馆藏有许多优秀的图书,这些都是人类在生活实践中获得的思想文化果实,是一种宝贵的精神财富,这也是图书馆存在的意义。因此在高校图书馆管理工作中,必须坚持以人为本管理理念,对图书馆管理模式进行创新。文章主要从以人为本和高校图书馆管理创新的关系出发,对以人为本理念下高校图书馆管理的创新方法进行了分析,希望能为高校图书馆的管理提供借鉴。
As a spiritual and cultural inclusion of people, libraries can enhance people’s knowledge and ability and give people an unforgettable spiritual power. Libraries have many excellent books, these are the ideological and cultural fruits that human beings have obtained in the practice of life. They are a precious spiritual wealth and this is the meaning of the existence of the library. Therefore, in the management of university libraries, we must adhere to the people-oriented management philosophy, innovation of library management. Based on the relationship between people-oriented and university library management innovation, the article analyzes the innovative methods of university library management under the concept of people-oriented, and hopes to provide reference for the management of university library.
