选用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)绝缘的航空线缆为研究对象进行老化试验,获得其断裂伸长率、绝缘电阻和等效电容等试验数据。表明在加速热老化的环境下,航空线缆力学性能下降,断裂伸长率明显减小;当温度高于正常使用温度时断裂伸长率迅速下降。老化反应过程较复杂,且反应速率不是常数。绝缘电阻和吸收比、极化指数等线缆绝缘特性在老化过程中变化规律不明显,绝缘等效电容随着老化的进行略有上升。
Selection of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) insulated aviation cable for the study of aging test, access to its elongation at break, insulation resistance and equivalent capacitance test data. The results show that the mechanical properties of aviation cables are decreased and the elongation at break is obviously reduced under the condition of accelerating heat aging. When the temperature is higher than the normal operating temperature, the elongation at break decreases rapidly. Aging reaction process is more complicated, and the reaction rate is not constant. Insulation resistance and absorption ratio, polarization index and other cable insulation properties in the aging process of change is not obvious, the insulation equivalent capacitance slightly increased with aging.
