为了开拓电磁阀新的使用领域——在硫酸中的应用,必须采用耐硫酸腐蚀的软磁合金。首先,本文对该类合金的初步探索做了介绍并进行了分析。从大量试样的筛选过程中,肯定了Fe-Ni系软磁合金可作为耐硫酸腐蚀软磁合金的基础成份,提出了合金成份的基本设想。其后,较详细地阐述了再次探索的情况,即合金的成份与组成,合金的耐蚀试验方法,耐蚀试验的结果与分析。以及部份合金的电磁性能与机械性能等。文中还对该类合金中各合金元素的作用机理提出一些看法,特别是Fe-Ni合金中含Ni量的最佳范围,
In order to explore the new field of use solenoid valve - in the application of sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid corrosion resistant soft magnetic alloy must be used.
