为了解烟台市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况和污染特征,于2012—2013年对烟台市35家公共场所集中空调通风系统进行卫生学调查。结果显示合格率仅为14.3%;2012年(13.3%)低于2013年(15%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2013年的风管内表面积尘量和送风中的细菌总数和真菌总数合格率高于2012年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。冷凝水中未检出嗜肺军团菌;冷却水中均检出嗜肺军团菌,主要菌型为Lp1型。提示烟台市公共场所集中空调通风系统合格率较低,存在传播感染风险,应加强其监管。
In order to understand the sanitary conditions and pollution characteristics of central air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in Yantai City, a hygiene survey was conducted on the centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems in 35 public places in Yantai from 2012 to 2013. The results showed that the pass rate was only 14.3%; in 2012 (13.3%) was lower than in 2013 (15%), the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The amount of dust on the inner surface of the duct and the total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi in the air supply in 2013 were higher than those in 2012, with a significant difference (P <0.05). Legionella pneumophila were not detected in the condensate water; Legionella pneumophila were detected in the cooling water, and the main type was Lp1. Prompt Yantai City public places central air conditioning and ventilation system with a lower pass rate, there is the risk of transmission of infection, should strengthen its supervision.
