介绍了漏磁场形成机理及钢棒交流漏磁检测信号的获取,得出钢棒交流漏磁检测中提离造成的检测信号固有偏差,并全面分析了实际检测中钢棒表面粗糙度、设备同心度、旋转探头对称性、钢棒弯曲度以及钢棒表面氧化物等各种因素给检测结果带来的影响和克服措施,为查找和克服检测结果偏差异常提供有效依据,为合理控制质量风险提供有效保障,提高了钢棒漏磁检测可靠性。
