易损性指的是事物容易受到损伤或伤害的程度,它反映的是事物在特定条件下的脆弱性。本文主要针对由地质灾害所引发的城镇燃气管网失效所带来的二次破坏而造成的待评价区域受灾损失程度进行评估。通过对地质灾害造成城市管道泄漏后的各种危害对环境或人员造成的影响,以及各危害模式下的概率计算模型分析,得到各种危害下人员伤亡数量和经济财产损失对城市燃气管道的易损性评价。该方法可以对发生地质灾害的燃气管道进行安全评估,为城市燃气管道的安全管理提供技术支持。
Vulnerability refers to the degree to which something is easily damaged or harmed, and it reflects the vulnerability of the thing under certain conditions. This paper mainly evaluates the extent of disaster damage in the area to be evaluated due to the secondary destruction caused by the failure of urban gas pipelines caused by geological disasters.
