一、引言耗油量的大小是衡量汽车经济性最重要的指标。国外一般标准规定,汽车空压机的耗油量(实际上是指通过活塞、活塞环进入压缩空气中的窜油量)一般不应超过0.3克/时·千瓦。目前测量润滑油耗量有多种方法,其中简易可行的方法是在排气管口安装一个直径约为100mm的圆筒(图1),筒内装有约厚20~30mm的海绵垫。让其过滤排出气体所带出的润滑油,用比较精密的天平称出过滤前和过滤后海绵的重量,就可以得到空压机的窜油量。但是,在实际测量中,测得的窜油量忽大忽小,有时竟出现负值,影响其方法的正确性。因此,必需通过试验研究解决测量中存在的问
