【目的】研究砧木对克瑞森无核葡萄生长和产量品质的影响,为选择优良砧木提供科学依据。【方法】以7种不同砧木嫁接的3年生克瑞森无核葡萄为研究对象,调查不同砧穗组合的生长、结实、成熟期和产量情况,测定果实色差、粒重、可溶性固形物、p H值、可滴定酸等品质指标。【结果】克瑞森无核葡萄砧木嫁接苗的生长、产量和果实品质均显著或极显著高于自根苗。不同砧木嫁接对克瑞森无核葡萄生长、成熟期和产量有不同的影响,其中以110R和SO4砧木更利于克瑞森无核葡萄枝条的生长;110R、101-14MG和SO4能大大增加克瑞森无核葡萄的产量;101-14MG和SO4砧木嫁接更能促进克瑞森无核葡萄早熟,使其果实提前成熟16d。不同砧木对克瑞森无核葡萄的果实品质影响有所不同,其中以SO4为砧木嫁接的果实粒重最大,果实着色最好;以101-14MG砧木嫁接的果实可溶性固形物含量最高;以5BB砧木嫁接的果实p H值最高;贝达砧木嫁接的果实可滴定酸含量最高;以SO4为砧木嫁接的果实固酸比最高。【结论】以SO4为砧木嫁接的克瑞森无核葡萄具有成熟期早、产量高、着色好、可溶性固形物含量高等优点,是7个砧木品种中最佳适宜克瑞森无核葡萄的优良砧木。
【Objective】 The effects of rootstocks on the growth, yield and quality of Kerrensen seedless grapes were studied to provide a scientific basis for selecting good rootstocks. 【Method】 The seedlings of three-year-old Kerresen seed grafted with seven different rootstocks were studied. The growth, solidification, maturity and yield of different combinations of scion were investigated. The fruit color, grain weight, soluble solids, H value, titratable acid and other quality indicators. 【Result】 The results showed that the growth, yield and fruit quality of Gravure seedless grafted rootstock were significantly or extremely significantly higher than that of self-rooted seedlings. Different rootstock grafting had different effects on the growth, maturity and yield of Kerresen seedless grapes, among which 110R and SO4 rootstocks were more conducive to the growth of Kerresen seedless grapes; 110R, 101-14MG and SO4 could increase significantly Riesling seedless grapes yield; 101-14MG and SO4 rootstocks grafted more promote Crease seedless grapes precocious, so that the fruit mature in advance 16d. The effects of different rootstocks on the fruit quality of Kerresen seedless grapes were different. Among them, the fruit grafted with SO4 had the largest grain weight and the coloration of the fruit was the best; the content of fruit soluble solids grafted with 101-14MG rootstocks was the highest; The p H value of the grafted fruit was the highest, the titratable acid content of the fruit grafted by the Beida rootstock was the highest, and that of the fruit grafted with SO4 was the highest. 【Conclusion】 Seedlings of Cresenton seedless grafted with SO4 have the advantages of early maturity, high yield, good coloration and high soluble solids content, which is the best suitable Kreusen seedless grape for seven rootstocks Rootstock.
