结合流延法和溶剂蒸发技术制备聚乳酸(PLA)含量分别为6%、10%和15%和姜黄素含量为0.8%和1.0%的可生物降解复合薄膜。考察了所制备的复合薄膜的形貌、红外光谱、孔隙率和力学性能,并探讨了复合薄膜中PLA和姜黄素含量对体外释药的影响。研究表明,释药速率随PLA含量的增加而减小,随含药量的增加而增大。与姜黄素原药相比,自制复合薄膜具有一定的缓释性能。
A biodegradable composite film with 6%, 10% and 15% polylactic acid (PLA) content and 0.8% and 1.0% curcumin content was prepared by a combination of casting and solvent evaporation techniques. The morphology, infrared spectra, porosity and mechanical properties of the prepared composite films were investigated. The effects of PLA and curcumin content on the drug release in vitro were also discussed. Studies have shown that drug release rate decreases with the PLA content increases, with the increase of drug content increases. Compared with the original curcumin, self-made composite film has a sustained release properties.
