我国有8亿多农村人口,各地区经济水平差距甚大,医疗卫生资源普遍不足,尤其是许多民族地区还存在医疗习惯等条件的限制,要实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的战略目标,任务十分艰巨。因此充分发挥农村中医药资源在初级卫生保健中的作用具有十分必要的意义。一、中医药是农村卫生资源的重要组成部分,必须参与初级卫生保健中医药历来在广大农村的医疗服务中占有较大的比重。全国现有农村中医药人员311056人(不包括中西医结合医师);有县级中医医院1440所,“七·五”期末可望达到县县都有中医医院;全国2298所县综合医院中,95%的医院设有中医科
There are more than 800 million rural people in China. The gap in economic levels between regions is very large. There is a general shortage of medical and health resources. In particular, restrictions on medical habits and other conditions exist in many ethnic regions, and we must achieve the strategic goal of “Health for All in 2000”. The task is very arduous. Therefore, it is of great significance to give full play to the role of rural Chinese medicine resources in primary health care. I. Traditional Chinese Medicine is an important part of rural health resources and must participate in primary health care. Traditional Chinese medicine has historically occupied a large proportion of medical services in rural areas. There are 311,056 rural Chinese medicine staff in the country (excluding Chinese and Western medicine doctors); there are 1,440 county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals; at the end of the “July 5th” period, it is expected to reach the county- and county-level hospitals for traditional Chinese medicine; in the 2298 county-level general hospitals across the country, 95% of hospitals have traditional Chinese medicine
