橡胶工人癌症发病率较高,近年来有不少人应用Ames教授提出的标准菌株对多种橡胶促进剂的致突变性进行了检测,但并未获得一致的肯定的阳性结果。1982年Levin新开发了两种敏感菌株,其中TA_(102)除突变部位含有A·T碱基对外,还导入了多个拷贝质粒,可检出应用标准菌株不能被检出的各种氧化物质,TA_(97)含有四个外加碱基,在突变位点上形成了一段6个胞嘧啶的序列并含有R因子,比标准菌株TA_(1537)敏感。 本文在应用两种敏感菌株检测了10种橡胶促进剂的致突变性,同时采用TA_(1353),TA_(98),TA_(100)三种标准菌株
Rubber workers have a higher incidence of cancer. In recent years, many people have used the standard strains proposed by Professor Ames to test the mutagenicity of various rubber accelerators, but no consistent affirmative positive result has been obtained. In 1982, Levin newly developed two sensitive strains. Among them, TA_ (102) introduced multiple copies of the plasmid except for the A / T base pair at the mutation site, and detected various oxidants that can not be detected using standard strains TA_ (97) contains four additional bases, and a sequence of six cytosine residues is formed at the site of mutation and contains a factor R, which is more sensitive than the standard strain TA_ (1537). In this paper, two kinds of sensitive strains were used to detect the mutagenicity of 10 kinds of rubber accelerators. Three kinds of standard strains TA_ (1353), TA_ (98) and TA_ (100)
