“六五”期间国家科委下达的“黄淮海平原黑龙港区夏秋粮均衡增产综合栽培技术研究”攻关课题,于一月八日在涿县通过了省级技术鉴定。该项研究找出了“治薄为首,治薄治旱相结合”和“化肥起步,增加投入,氮磷协调,以水定肥,以无(机)促有(机),有无结合”的中低产粮田快速增产的有效途径;提出了夏秋粮作物本身及前后茬在施肥等管理方面的“前重型”栽培技术体系;初步形成了比较完整的中低产快速增产技术系列。本项技术三年累计
