目的 评价 3D CTA对脑动静脉畸形 (AVM )的影像学诊断价值。方法 2 3例脑AVM病例同时行 3D CTA与DSA检查 ,两者对照研究。结果 2 3例脑AVM术前 3D CTA检查阳性诊断率 10 0 % ,无假阳性和假阴性。与DSA比较 :(1)供血动脉的来源、数目和形态判断完全吻合 ;(2 )引流静脉判断完全吻合 19例 (83 % ) ,部分吻合者 4例 (17% ) ;(3)病灶部位判断完全吻合。无并发症发生。结论 脑AVM的 3D CTA二维影像与DSA基本吻合 ,立体空间三维形态描述好 ,可弥补后者不足 ,对手术有指导价值。本技术无创、低风险、价廉 ,其技术进一步成熟后可取代DSA
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 3D CTA for cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Methods Twenty-three cases of brain AVM were examined by 3D CTA and DSA at the same time. Results The positive diagnostic rates of 3D CTA before surgery in 30 cases of AVM were 100%, no false positive or false negative. Compared with DSA: (1) The origin, number and morphology of donor arteries were completely consistent; (2) 19 cases (83%) were completely consistent with drainage veins and 4 cases (17%) were partial anastomoses; (3) Exactly match. No complications occurred. Conclusions 3D CTA 2D images of brain AVM are basically consistent with DSA. The three-dimensional shape of the three-dimensional space is well described, which can make up for the lack of the latter and is of guiding value for surgery. This technology is noninvasive, low risk, low cost and can replace DSA after the technology is further mature
