中国制造企业业务拓展路径选择及驱动因素研究——针对珠江钢琴的案例分析

本文在文献综述基础上,建立了企业业务拓展路径选择及驱动因素理论框架,以珠江钢琴作为研究对象,运用规范的案例研究方法,系统分析了企业业务拓展路径选择,并从企业战略层面分析了哪些因素在企业业务拓展中起到了重要性影响。研究发现:(1)产品升级导向和进入国际产品市场是企业业务拓展的最重要路径;(2)技术研发、营销渠道与品牌管理、企业家精神是推动企业业务领域拓展的最重要驱动;(3)竞争者行为、特定的市场机会、营销渠道与品牌管理、企业家精神是推动企业地域空间拓展的最重要驱动因素。 Based on the literature review, this paper establishes the theoretical framework of the path of business expansion and the driving factors. With Pearl River Piano as the research object and the standardized case study method, this paper systematically analyzes the choice of enterprise business development pathways and analyzes from the corporate strategic level What factors have played a significant role in business expansion. The research finds that: (1) Product promotion is the most important way to promote business development in the international product market; (2) Technology research and development, marketing channels and brand management, entrepreneurship are the most important drivers to promote business expansion; 3) Competitor behavior, specific market opportunities, marketing channels and brand management, and entrepreneurship are the most important drivers for promoting the geographical expansion of an enterprise.
